Joseph is a Director of AI Solution Acceleration Team at Microsoft in Redmond Washington. He founded mindsight Mentors in 2012  and serves as the Executive Director.

The idea is amazingly simple - He wants MindSight Mentors to become a Global Youth Mentoring Organization, a central hub where mentors and mentees converge to share wisdom, knowledge, education, career and life experiences.
